As the

Marketing Campaign Manager

at FMX, you will play a crucial part in implementing integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and lead generation. You will craft compelling email content, manage campaign workflows, and ensure seamless execution across multiple platforms. You will work closely with the Manager of Campaign Marketing to execute strategies that align with FMX’s goals and objectives. This position requires strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Responsibilities:Campaign Implementation:

Execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising.Email Marketing:

Craft engaging and effective email campaigns that resonate with our target audience, leveraging platforms like Marketo.Project Management:

Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with overall marketing strategy.Collaboration:

Work closely with the Manager, Campaign Marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.CRM Familiarity:

Utilize CRM platforms to track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.Organization:

Maintain an organized workflow, leveraging tools like Asana for project management and task tracking.Reporting:

Assist in the development and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of campaigns.RequirementsPreferred Experience & Qualities:What are we looking for in this role?:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.2+ years of experience in marketing, a focus on crafting and executing marketing campaigns a plus.Proven experience in crafting engaging email content and managing email marketing campaigns.Proficiency with email marketing platforms such as Marketo.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.Familiarity with CRM platforms and experience using project management tools like Asana is a bonus.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.A match with our core pillars: We value our work ethic, we are disciplined in our processes and responsibilities, we are coachable and seek out constructive criticism, we value results and are performance-driven, we treat each other and everyone we meet with respect and integrity.

Compensation:The compensation range for this position is expected to be $70,000-$80,000 annually. We will offer a base salary with bonus potential tied to company goals.401(k) and medical / dental / vision insurance
