Channel Marketing Manager

who will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales through Zayo's channel partners. The successful candidate will work closely with the Channel sales team, Product and Vertical marketing teams, sales enablement team, and other marketing teams to ensure that our channel partners have the necessary tools and resources to effectively sell and market Zayo's products, solutions, and services. The

reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.This remote work opportunity will consider applicants based in the continental United States.Responsibilities:Drive channel growth and build brand awareness with Zayo's channel partners

Responsible for creating the strategy, planning, and execution of partner marketing initiatives and programs that grow channel leads, opportunities and revenue

Work collaboratively with channel sales leadership, marketing teams, sales enablement and sales teams to design, build, support, and accelerate all channel activities including (but not limited to) product training, partner communications, newsletters, and webinars

Partner with Zayo's events team to lead strategy and execute key channel events and sponsorships

Own Partner website and portal messaging and content

Lead MDF and sponsorship programs with key partners and tech distributors

Manage Partner Advisory Board including communications cadence and quarterly meetings, including Awards programs

Create partner-ready demand creation co-marketing programs designed to drive new opportunities into the pipeline

Develop effective marketing and sales collateral - using both internal and agency resources - for use on the website and in campaigns

Analyze program results and make recommendations for future improvements

QualificationsMinimum of seven (7) years experience in a high-tech B2B marketing, with at least 2 years experience in channel marketing/programs

Solid understanding of channel marketing programs

Strong writing skills and basic understanding of content marketing best practices

Deep experience working with channel partners. Knowledge of partners, how they think, why they act, and how to help them be successful.

Experience running campaigns and programs that directly contributed to pipeline and revenue growth

Exceptional quantitative and problem solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions

Detail oriented and strong cross-functional program management skills

Base Salary Range:
