Paradyme Management is hiring a Secret Cleared UI/UX Designer to support mission critical programs.The UI/UX Designer will work directly with customers, solution managers and subject matter experts in the definition and design of new applications for federal customers with the information they need to make proper decisions and enable their digital transformation. Duties include:Collaborate closely with design and product leadership to refine design concepts, evolve our design language, and bring new ideas to life.

Document design concepts.Collaborate with the entire design team to deliver high-quality experiences.Promote design insights and drive the adoption of design best practices across the organization.Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.Qualifications:Secret Clearance.Minimum 5 years relevant work experience.A bachelor's or master's degree in human-computer interaction, graphic design, or a related field.Solid understanding of design systems and UI/UX principles.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.A detail-oriented approach with a commitment to pixel perfection and holistic user experience.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.Experience working as part of a cross-functional team.Up-to-date knowledge of accessibility best practices.Ability to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.Physical Requirements:

These are the essential physical requirements needed to successfully perform the job.Sedentary work.Requires sitting up to 8 hours per day.May require lifting up to 5 pounds unassisted.Fine repetitive motor skills with hands, wrists, and fingers in coordination with eyes.Hearing, speaking, and vision: Adequate to perform job duties and communicate in person, via video, and telephone. Includes reading information from printed sources and computer screens.Other: Work may be performed in an office environment, which may involve frequent contact with staff and the public.
