Speaking of team, we are a lean, entrepreneurial, flexible, and swiftly moving group of passionate dog parents.JOB DESCRIPTION: The Designer will work within the brand guidelines to execute omnichannel design projects-from packaging and in-store merchandising to digital ad campaigns and web graphics. This role requires creativity, pragmatism, and strategic thinking to ensure the brand's creative delivers on the business objectives and resonates with the target audience. The designer should be an open collaborative and self-starter to thrive in this exciting and fast-paced environment. This position reports to the Creative Director.RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute design concepts across the brand ecosystem while maintaining brand identity Design and produce engaging content for digital and print media, including but not limited to product packaging, visual merchandising, digital ad campaigns, website, social media, email and other marketing materials Collaborate with cross-functional team members to develop creative solutions that align with brand strategies and deliver on project objectives Create consistency of design across all channels and customer touchpoints Ensure the brand's creative assets deliver on the business objectives and resonates with target audiences Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards See projects through execution, creating production/mechanical art for printed materials, supplying digital files to spec for digital assets, etc. Organize and maintain asset library for the creative department Attend press runs/be on site for print production of packaging and/or in-store merchandising materialsRequirements: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the CPG industry Portfolio showcasing omnichannel design experience Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools Animation experience a plus Strong understanding of retail and digital marketing channels and consumer behavior Excellent communication and time management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively, while handling tight deadlines Strong executor who is comfortable being proactive in a fast-paced environment Hands-on creative thinker with a passion for branding and a drive for continuous improvementWhat We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity for professional growth and development Collaborative and creative work environmentJoin our dynamic team.
