Communications Manager Planner
for our
Aviation
group in our
Chicago, IL
office.This position will assist our national Aviation group to direct the development of company's marketing communication staff including proposal managers and coordinators, as well as marketing editorial staff. Responsible for strategic direction and guidance relating to the development of proposals, statements of qualifications, and related business development submittals in accordance with industry standards and company marketing strategies with a specific region or nationally.Responsibilities include:Activities include monitoring staffs' implementation of established procedures for work processes and quality control, assure that content and graphics standards are met, that innovative and creative thinking are incorporated into marketing documents and that prepared submissions are of high quality, competitive, and fully compliant with client RFP/Q requirementsReview all proposals, qualifications statements and related marketing materials for quality and compliance prior to submissionMonitor proposal schedules and assists proposal managers/coordinators in solving problems that may arise with management and technical staff schedule complianceProvide input on strategic initiatives for specific offices/regions or nationally.Provide input with respect to hiring, terminations, advancement, promotion and other changes in marketing proposal staff statusCompensation Range:$109,063.00 - $145,418.00
