Located in Venice, CA, Studio Collective is an award-winning, boutique Interior Design studio focused on high-end hotels, resorts, restaurants and lounges. Firmly established as the go-to' studio for some of the most coveted destinations in hospitality, we strive to continuously deliver luxurious designs that have become synonymous with originality and craftsmanship.We are looking for a talented, Mid-level, Hospitality-focused Interior Designer to work under the Partners and/or Senior Designer's creative direction. Designer should have a minimum 3-5 years Hospitality-specific experience. Duties include: overseeing Project Design and team members, coordinating with Project consultants, creating, updating and maintaining project budget(s), FF&E spec books, and overseeing & coordinating project drawing sets and sketches, as well as overseeing construction administration during the build-out process.Develop & Manage Project Design & Project Management with design planning, concepts & presentations under direction of Senior Designer and PartnersHelp Manage budgeting, ordering, expediting, and scheduling for commercial interior design projectsHelp Create and track purchase orders as neededCo-Manage Project Design team deliverables with project presentations (computer and hand rendered) under direction of Senior Designer & PartnersAct as Studio's liaison with vendors and contractors, including visits to project sites and vendor workrooms to check progress of fabrication and constructionCommunicate clearly and frequently with project team, clients, consultants, vendors and contractorsAttend project meetings and site visits either alone or with Principal(s)Coordinate and assist with on-site project installationsManage or liaison with other office personnel, including project design team members, runners and interns3-D Sketch-Up / Rendering capabilities and Spanish speaking / communicating a PLUS +STUDIO COLLECTIVE Offers:Competitive Salaries commensurate with experienceFull Health Coverage ( Medical, Dental and Vision )Two weeks paid vacation, which increases with job tenureFlexible work schedule401-K PlanQuarterly team building trips and educational functionsTravel based on project placementA true collaborative design studio experience, where all ideas are welcome, and everyone is encouraged to contribute to the Design process, regardless of experience or positionExciting hospitality projects with incredibly successful clients and partners, located throughout the U.S. and around the globePLEASE EMAIL YOUR PORTFOLIO along with resume to careers@.We look forward to hearing from you...Christian, Adam & LeslieSTUDIO COLLECTIVE
