FlexAI is seeking an experienced, innovative visionary in the role of Head of Marketing to spearhead our brand growth and customer-driven initiatives. Your proven expertise in cultivating influence, aligning diverse stakeholders, and driving efficient operations, all while fostering a supportive environment through mentorship and thoughtful leadership of a growing team will be critical to being a highly effective leader.Responsibilities:Lead the strategic vision and execution of FlexAI’s brand and global marketing programs

Build and inspire a dynamic team, ensuring cohesive and impactful campaigns

Track, distill and guide performance of campaigns to provide data-backed insights to optimize campaigns and find new opportunity areas

Lead market assessment, quantitative analysis, and qualitative feedback and represent our customers internally

Define FlexAI’s product strategy and roadmap through research, testing and insights in partnership with product and business development teams

Collaborate closely with PR and communications team, creative teams and external agencies to develop and execute robust marketing strategies that scale with our rapid growth

Lead cross-functional stakeholders to deliver world-class marketing campaigns, product launches and GTMs

Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to keep FlexAI at the forefront of the industry

Model inclusive behaviors and build a diverse organization that values, respects, and taps into different backgrounds and perspectives

Minimum Qualifications:10+ years of experience with brand and product marketing, B2B products and/or brand management

8+years of experience with team leadership, cross-functional team leadership, or team management

Track record of developing global strategy and delivering impactful marketing and PR campaigns internationally

Data-Driven - displayed and proven experience in using data to both (i) inform strategy and communication (ii) develop meaningful GTM approaches that drive business outcomes

Experience developing and executing global integrated marketing campaigns (online/offline advertising, web, events), including experience with both brand-building and acquisition marketing initiatives

Experience partnering with external companies (partners, agencies, vendors, retailers) and influencing cross-functional leadership

Experience partnering with product management, product design, and other cross-functional teams (Analytics, Research, Creative, etc.) to drive business results

Demonstrated experience utilizing research and data to drive actionable insights to inform marketing strategy and improve the customer experience
