Marketing Coordinator
It is the responsibility of the Casino Marketing Coordinator to follow and carry out the requests of the Casino Host/Player Development Executive to create a memorable trip for our casino guests.
Responsibilities
Process hotel, limo, show, cabana, golf, restaurant, amenity, etc reservationsUpdate and send daily Limo, Room Food Beverage/Room Food Limited, & VIP reportsPost outside show charges onto guests foliosAssist Casino Host/ Player Development Executive via email and phone throughout the day with various requests for casino guestsInteract with various departments Box office, VIP, Room Service, etc.Perform other duties and responsibilities as requestedQualifications
Excellent customer service skills requiredAvailability to work varied shifts including nights, holidays, and weekends.Analytical, problem solving, administrative, multi-tasking, organization and prioritization skills.Ability to work in a fast paced and stressful environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), fluent English and articulateComputer literate in Microsoft Office applications requiredMinimum age requirement is 21.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), fluent English and articulateAbility to work efficiently, independently and cohesively, consistently producing quality resultsWhat we offer you:
