Compensation:

$100k-$125k Salary, Based on Experience

Essential Functions:

• Development, distribution, and management of all print and social media promotional content, website, and email marketing.

• Coordinated marketing collateral, marketing budget development, and cost tracking.

• Adheres to existing brand tone and brand assets to ensure consistency throughout all external communication touchpoints.

• Lead production, execution, and delivery of necessary marketing items, including:

* Property Collateral - Strategize with regional real estate team to design property brochures, PowerPoint decks,

and presentations for future tenants and/or clients.

* Events Collateral - Collaborate with the events team to design and print event booklets, invitations, postcards, flyers,

graphics, etc.

* Programming Collateral - work with the operations team to design promotional materials to scale attendance for

upcoming social, web, press, and print programming.

* Signage: Work with facilities, museums, galleries, and operations teams to produce onsite signage for Wynwood Walls,

Wynwood Walls Shop, the GGA Gallery, and Goldman Properties regularly. Provide print-ready files to external printers

designed by an internal graphic designer.

* Executive Visibility - Work as an internal press representative to the CEO of Goldman Global Arts to field

media requests, interviews, speaking engagements, and social media content management. Work as the CEO's

right-hand liaison and attend all appearances with the CEO.

* Social media - Direct internal teams to distribute all businesses' social media content using owned media

(videography & photography) to scale engagement on Instagram. Oversee captions and approve content regularly

before posts are published.

• Support the CEO of Goldman Global Arts and the CEO of Goldman Properties with excellent copywriting skills for

press releases, public statements, quotes, speeches, social media captions, and crisis communication.

• Work with all Goldman Properties' departments to coordinate noteworthy website updates.

• Lead execution of all advertising initiatives, both online and offline; manage digital platforms and create content

schedule to share with Goldman Properties and GGA teams.

• Coordination and execution of Eblasts weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, and annual email blast depending on business.

• Direct internal teams on distributing all businesses' social media content using owned media (videography & photography)

to scale engagement on Instagram. Oversee captions and approve content regularly before posts are published.

• Facilitate the various marketing needs of the GP/GGA teams and our valued partners.

• Develop and distribute all trade and consumer-facing communications.

• Responsible for vendor invoices with the accounting team.

• Public Relations Management with an external PR agency.

• Arts Collateral and Brand Development.

• Hospitality Collateral and Brand Development.

• Real Estate Collateral and Brand Development.

• Sales Collateral and Business Development.

• Identify unmet needs, goals, branding needs, opportunities, and challenges of all departments and aspects of the businesses.

Requirements

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or an MBA is often preferred.Experience:

7-10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.5+ years of leadership experience in a Director of Marketing or Communications role, managing teams and overseeing strategic initiatives.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and communication strategies.Technical Skills:

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content management systems.Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).Strong understanding of data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure and optimize campaign performance.Knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
