position opens up:The Senior Marketing Ops Manager - Platform Operations, will be a critical member of the Marketing Ops team at Druva,, responsible for optimizing and managing data strategies, and driving efficiency through data-driven insights. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing technologies, data management, and process optimization to support Druva's growth objectives.Qualifications12+ years in marketing operations with a proven track record of driving projects from start to finish, optimizing executional processes, and leveraging data for decision-makingPossess strong understanding in top-of-funnel strategies and processes that fuel conversion and meaningful pipeline growthHave defined and deployed privacy and consent management procedures to maintain compliance with regulations like GDPR and CCPAUnderstand how IT, sales, finance, marketing, and sales development interweave with each other from a planning perspectiveCan demonstrate your experience defining and delivering on global project plans, partnering with cross-functional and executive stakeholdersPossess advanced technical knowledge of Salesforce and Marketo, proficiency and familiarity with the martech such as Sigma, Leandata, Openprise, Outreach, Intercom, Zoominfo and other best-in-class data providersAnalytical mindset with the ability to use data to optimize campaign performance and inform future strategiesCreative problem solverResponsibilitiesThis role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in marketing technology, data analysis, and process optimization, having led similar teams at high growth B2B software companiesUnderstand how to translate business process and policies into meaningful documentationSystem admin of MarketoCollaborate cross functionally with Sales Ops, Sales, IT, Marketing and FinanceGuide the development of the marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integration, operation, and optimization of software such as Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase, and othersAudit and enhance marketing's data strategy, collaborate with Sales Ops on data managementEnsure data integrity and accessibility across marketing functionsProcess Optimization and Operational EfficiencyManage change effectively, communicating and aligning on operational changes and new initiatives across the marketing organization

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $166,000 and $232,667/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits program, including health and wellness benefits, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
