Social Media & Graphics Coordinator - Music City CenterOnsite OnlyUnder the direction of the Director of Communications, the Social Media & Graphics Coordinator is responsible for the maintenance and monitoring of social media platforms and the development and graphic design of marketing, communications, and public relations materials, both internal and external, used to increase the visibility of Music City Center and further its mission as the convention center for Nashville, Tennessee.

The position will be responsible for maintaining and executing an approved social media content calendar, including designing, developing, and distributing engaging text, image, and video content for owned social media channels. Position will also utilize various tools to develop, design and produce multimedia content including still camera, video camera, and creating/editing applications and software. Assists with creating promotional materials for conventions, tradeshows, or events; assists with coordinating photography/videography of events and activities for use in publications/productions, ensuring appropriate permissions/releases are obtained. This position is an in person role.

Requirements:Bachelor's Degree preferred in Marketing, Hospitality, Journalism, or other closely related field.One (1) to three (3) years experience in communications role, or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.Valid driver's licenseBenefits include:

Music City Center is Nashville's convention center located in the heart of downtown. The 2.1 million square foot facility opened in 2013 and was built so that Nashville could host large, city-wide conventions in the downtown area.
