Fresh Mark Inc. seeks an energetic, organized, and data-informed individual to serve as Marketing Coordinator for the marketing team. This entry-level, hourly position works in-person in our Massillon, Ohio Corporate Office.
Summary of Key Accountabilities:
Key player in the execution of consumer engagement for the Sugardale brand across touchpoints including Digital, Sports and Shopper MarketingPartners with the Brand team and Advertising Agency to create social and digital content that establishes a seamless link to brand strategy, sports, and retail activationAnalyzes multiple data sources including Nielsen and other market and retail specific tools to provide actionable business recommendationsDelivers ongoing reports on the state of the business including market share, pricing analyses, sales and business performancePartners with the sales team to develop compelling data-based presentations to drive incremental shelf placement and merchandising activity at retailBe the steward for brand related content online including website, email newsletter, social, etc. ensuring that the cadence, tone, and communication are consistent with brand voice and overall strategyManages the brand portfolio including item management, packaging execution and external SKU identification systems (e.g. 1World Sync)Delivers monthly analysis of consumer engagement, ROI and brand tracking across digital touchpointsRequirements:
Work Authorization: Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.Bachelor’s Degree and Marketing related experience (may include an internship)Strong organizational skills with track record of success while handling multiple projects simultaneouslyBase understanding of Marketing Analytics and how to interpret them into insightsAbility to communicate effectively in verbal and written formProficiency in MS Office suiteOccasional travel may be required
