Omnipod is seeking a passionate creative and operations-minded Email Marketer to help implement our enterprise and engagement initiatives. Responsibilities:

Own email demand generation programs from initiation to implementation to evaluation, including requirements gathering, design, and development to testing, launch, reporting, and maintenance. Work with internal partners (content, design and analytics/reporting) and external vendors where appropriatePartner with internal IT teams to perform technical project management of marketing automation projects using Salesforce Marketing CloudPartner with IT to architect the Marketing Cloud journeys and then own the development of the emails to support an acquisition mindset for all current products at Omnipod-work hand in hand with internal IT group to deployBuild emails, be part of QA process, validate functionality and rendering across devices and email clients, proactively applying email best practices in partnership with IT and make suggestions to improve engagementUnderstand functionality of marketing automation tools and stay current with industry best practices to recommend tactics to use with email programs and journeys to drive increased response rates; manage test and learn processes to drive continuous improvementsWork with cross functional teams (Product, Analytics, Creative) to build out campaign tests with actionable outcomes. You'll report on what worked and what didn't using email metrics, Google Analytics and other tools and then also be responsible for creating and implementing recommended changes - circle of email lifeDevelop and refine standardized processes to enable efficiency, scale and qualitySupport in the development of content marketing strategies and drive execution via email/website to nurture leads and drive conversion.Partner with the product marketing teams and downstream teams to developBachelor's degree and relevant work experience in B2C marketing, CRM or equivalent practical experience5+ years experience specifically in the email marketing disciplineProcess improvement mindset, driving new ways of workingStrong project management skills with the ability to run multiple marketing projects simultaneously and experience managing multiple deadlines at one timeCommunicates regularly and efficiently with stakeholders at various levels of the organizationWorks cross-functionally with technical and business professionalsAbility to work autonomously and take strong accountability and ownership of multiple projects.Demonstrate analytical and conceptual thought while developing a structured project plan.Recognize areas for improvement and facilitate change by working with others across the company so that the team is highly efficient, well organized, and has seamless project execution.Ability to work well independently and within a team setting including across multiple internal teams.

Physical Requirements:

Remote- with 25% travel to help learn the diabetes industry, desire to attend consumer events, tradeshows or conferences (recommended 1-2 per year)Highly organized with a love for process and an incredible eye for detail

Additional Information:The US base salary range for this full-time position is $84,600.00 - $127,050.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
