Telecommunications IT Support
LHH Recruiting is assisting our client in Irvine, CA to hire on a contract to permanent basis a Telecommunications IT Support specialist. In this role you will be supporting company issued cellular, tablet and VoIP services for employees. You'll use your skill set with Avaya on a daily basis and provide customer support for for any device issues.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage cellular and VoIP telecommunications services for all employees.Coordinate the ordering, setup, and deployment of cellular devices for new hires.Replace and manage inventory for lost, stolen, or damaged cellular devices.Procure accessories for iPads, phones, and air cards.Provide customer support for issues related to cellular devices, iPads, and air cards.Administer device activation and deactivation through Wireless Watch Dogs and Intune portals.Configure new VoIP extensions, voicemails, and desk phones for employees.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cellular and VoIP devices.Offer general IT support through the internal help desk.Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree, Technical School Certificate in a related field, or equivalent experience.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical or telecommunications support role.Avaya experience.A+ certification is preferred.Proficiency with Android and Apple devices.Strong technical knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and Intune.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.Professional demeanor with strong communication and customer service skills.
Pay Details:
$28.00 to $38.00 per hour
