Opening Tickets:

Oversee Tickets:

Manage print & email materials used in campaignsTrack AdMaster tickets to ensure attestation is filedProofread all materialsPush all tickets forward once they have been approvedApprove upload of final offset artwork to print vendorReview internal testsPerform link reviews

Project Planning and Coordination:

Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to develop project plans, including defining scope, timelines, and budgets.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and delivery of marketing projects.Identify potential risks or challenges and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Workflow Optimization:

Streamline communication channels and implement project management tools or software to optimize workflow efficiency.Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance productivity.Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages creativity and innovation.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in marketing and creative services.Identify opportunities for innovation, process improvement, and the implementation of new marketing strategies.Provide recommendations to management on strategies to enhance the agency's capabilities and service offerings.

Expectations:

1. Available and responsive during working hours.- Teams and Outlook notifications are turned on- Typical response time is <20min, or more immediate if showing as available- If away from desk for more than 1 hour, utilize OOO or Teams Status messages (times unavailable for greater than 1 hour should be reflected on time sheet)2. Advancing tickets to next state after sponsor approval.3. Advancing tickets to correct state after initial creation.4. Making sure all samples (prospect/member) and supplement get to the Comm. Lead when they are made available.5. Proactively reaching out with questions or blockers to progress.
