The

Manager

of Marketing Operations

is responsible for

managing

processes, tools, metrics, and initiatives

required

to

deliver

marketing goals and plans.

T

his

role

will

design

, document, and implement optimized business processes, ensuring effective communication and change management throughout the organization.

The Manager will work to m

inimize manual processes,

eliminate

duplication of efforts and complex hand-offs between team members, and increase Marketing capabilities through clear, standardized, and streamlined processes.

They will

e

stablish

and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, measure success, and

identify

areas for further improvement.

Effectively, this position will

assist

with

creating access, connection, and resourcing for the Marketing Team's Centers of Excellence to develop world-class execution for our supported Doctors, Operations Partners, and the Enterprise at large.

productivity, reduce costs,

minimize

errors, and increase overall effectiveness.Create and ensure adherence to defined standard operation procedures (SOPs)

in accordance with

organizational

guidelines and directives.Implement metrics to

demonstrate

effectiveness and

efficiency

of processes.Manage project

ontinuous

mprovement initiatives to deliver programs on time and on benefit using collaborative approaches that generate buy-in among stakeholders and shared vision for success.Work with the CRM, Data and Analytics and Digital Marketing teams to implement marketing technology and automate patient journeys, campaigns, and websites.Ensure all relevant communications, records/data are updated and recorded in DAM, CMS & CRM system on a weekly basis; define data dispositions that will track back into CRM (so that offline and online records are tracked holistically)Assist

with

the management of

Heartland Dental's agency partners and marketing vendors.

Minimum

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree.At least 3+ years of Agile methodologies experience.At least 3+ years of

continuous optimizat

ion

management experience in multi-unit operating modelPrevious

experience

with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Dynamics 360,

Adobe Experience Manager.Strong organizational and strategic planning skills.Ability to coach and develop pro

cess

management to drive pro

cess

performance.Flexibility and versatility in problem analysis and resolution requiring attention to detail.Ability to communicate successfully across functional lines.Critical thinking skills focused on root cause and opportunities for improvement.Ability to analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative data.Excellent interpersonal,

and oral communications skills.Experience with agile working processes a plus.Data-driven mind-set,
