The Challenge

OneTrust is looking for a high energy, data-driven and passionate Field Marketing Manager who will work closely with the field sales and the global marketing teams to develop and execute regional marketing plans that drive pipeline and revenue growth. This role will play an active role for the sales teams in ensuring they are benefitting from global marketing programs as well as executing programs to ensure success within their aligned region.

Your MissionWork with marketing and sales leadership to plan, execute and track impactful quarterly, integrated marketing plans that meet and/or exceed pipeline and revenue targetsBuild and execute mid- and lower-funnel regional marketing programs to accelerate leads and opportunities through the funnel, and generate pipeline and revenue in partnership with the NAMER regional sales organizationPartner closely with the Global Field Events team to build and execute our regional events strategy including third-party and OneTrust-hosted events, TrustWeek (OneTrust user conference) and a mix of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events as well as Partner Marketing Managers to extend the OneTrust message through our Channel network.Work closely with OneTrust's ABM team on digital account-based marketing campaigns for both land and expand motions, with responsibility for in region executionUtilize systems and tools like SFDC to forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of campaign and demand creation activities on sales pipeline, revenue and conversion against pipeline goalsTrack spend against quarterly and annual regional budget allocationManage numerous projects simultaneously, in a dynamic environmentYou Are6+ years of building and executing regional marketing programs and marketing plans at a B2B SaaS organizationDirect experience in marketing to Strategic and Enterprise account segments using a variety of channel including digital, events, ABM and moreExperience with developing, executing, and tracking results tied to integrated campaignsAbility to partner with various teams and stakeholders to drive resultsExcellent communicator (verbal and written) with proven ability to project manage multiple projects at once and keep the team informed of statusMotivated self-starter who thrives in complex fast-paced, results driven environmentsDecisive with the ability to shift gears between thinking and doingFor California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.

Salary Range

$108,750-$163,125 USD
