We're currently seeking a

Communications & Marketing Manager - Club Operations

to support our Club team. Our ideal candidate is flexible, an effective collaborator, loves challenges and is a true diplomat, with a genuine love of service and passion for creativity.

The Communications & Marketing Manager - Club Operations will provide a wide range of communications, marketing and graphic design support to The Club at Pier Sixty-Six. Responsible for coordinating, creating, and producing the publications and marketing initiatives of the Club. Creates content for all Club needs (brochures, documents, forms, flyers, digital signage, TV channels and social media). Ensures information is consistent, on time, free of copyright restrictions and meets Club's standards for publications and in-house advertising.

In addition, the position will lead and coordinate all email, website and app procedures for The Club at Pier Sixty-Six pre-opening. The candidate must be well organized, detail oriented, flexible, receptive to challenges, and a strong team player with a positive and professional attitude. The role requires processing, synthesizing, and analyzing information with a dedication to accuracy, making quick and effective decisions, exercising solid judgement. Strong project / time management skills, along with a strong business acumen in balancing competing priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Responsible for coordinating, creating, and producing the publications and marketing initiatives of the Club. Ensures information is consistent, on time, free of copyright restrictions and meets Club's standards for publications and in-house advertising.Creates content for all Club needs (brochures, documents, forms, flyers, digital signage, TV channels and social media).Creates and distributes all Club communications to members and prospective members including email communications, text messages, newsletters, and invitations.Maintain all Club forms and documents are up to date, follow brand guidelines, and free of errors.Position will lead and coordinate all website and app procedures for The Club at Pier Sixty-Six.Promotes Club through social media channels.Ensures that pertinent, timely, and accurate information is presented to the membership.Handle in-house photography/videography needs and editing, and/or oversee any outsourced photography/videography projects.Research projects, working materials, and equipment. Obtain bids for quality printing and other projects, ensure best pricing.Communicates with members, co-workers, management, and the public in a courteous and professional manner.Maintain communication with key internal and external business partners.Ensure equipment is working and maintain department supplies.Qualifications

Professional and courteous attitude, creative, well organized, and detail oriented.Excellent communication skills; verbally articulate with strong written composition. Ability to work independently, take initiative and use sound judgement.Strong relational skills to support professional interaction with internal and external partners at all levels.Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks within time constraints.Requires imaging skills, offset printing experience, pre-press skills, formatting/type setting skills and knowledge of copyright and multimedia law.Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years of communications, marketing, and graphic design experience in professional environment. A luxury private club and/or hotel environment is preferred.To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, Design software, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and After Effects and advanced aptitude for learning new computer applications.As a valued member of the CoralTree team, you'll receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
