Job Description

Wasserman is looking for a motivated Project Manager to join our Creative department who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment surrounded by designers, dreamers, doers. You will be a team player who can thrive under pressure with a "whatever it takes to get the job done" mindset. You possess the ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and make decisions. You're confident in working with a diverse group of creative and internal teams to ensure projects are executed. Most importantly, you should be curious to learn and be willing to put yourself in uncomfortable positions, constantly striving to push the boundaries of what is possible.

Duties:Oversees all creative deliverable tracking from conception through fabrication, managing internal and external approvals, and ensuring all deadlines are metMasters client brand guidelines and tracks continuity throughout projectAbility decipher creative briefs and arm a creative team with all info, direction, and assets they need throughout the projectCan effectively communicate information with internal team and external clients, written and spokenWork with internal production teams and vendors to align deliverable schedulesRoutes work between all responsible parties in all stages of project developmentFacilitates creative team and internal meetings for reviews of workPrepares regular status reports for weekly and monthly meetingsReviews deliverables prepared by team before distributing to clientEnsures assets are complete, current, and stored properlyResolves issues in a timely mannerAssures project legal documents (model releases, photo/art releases, etc.) are completed and signedManages project time-tracking and burn reports with Director PMRequirements:

3+ Years Project Management Experience within a design/ad agency, bonus if versed with Experiential activationProficient at forecasting project resources, timelines, and budgetsStrongly detail oriented in a deadline-driven environmentUnderstands the general flow of an experiential project, from conception through activationStrong understanding of design, digital and social terminologyExcellent written and oral communicationComfortable with client relations and communicating with senior leadershipExperience with online and/or interactive campaignsGrammar and copy review skills are a plus

Base salary range: $60-80K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.

Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role
