to lead and optimize gym operations in La Crosse, WI, while also assisting with property management for a sister company. This full-time role is perfect for a strategic thinker with strong sales acumen and a love for fitness.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Marketing:
Strategic Marketing Leadership:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive gym membership growth and revenue.Multichannel Campaign Execution:
Lead marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, print advertising, and local outreach, focusing on converting leads into memberships.Market Insight & Adaptation:
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales and marketing strategies.Membership Promotion:
Promote gym memberships, renewals, and member engagement through targeted efforts.Sales Closures:
Conduct facility tours and close sales to grow gym membership.Gym Operations:
Operational Oversight:
Oversee daily gym operations to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.Staff Management:
Manage on-site employees to align with operational goals.Customer Experience Management:
Address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring high member satisfaction.Facility Maintenance:
Maintain gym equipment and facilities to high standards.Technology Integration:
Implement technology solutions for streamlined business operations.Property Management Support:
Property Maintenance & Vendor Coordination:
Assist in coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing vendor relationships.Tenant Relations & Financial Oversight:
Handle tenant communications, support marketing efforts, and collaborate on budgeting and expense management.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).Proven experience in marketing, gym management, sales, and property management.Strong leadership and management abilities with team motivation skills.Proficiency in marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM software.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.Passion for fitness and wellness.Compensation & Benefits:
