We're on a mission to transform private M&A deal-making by eliminating all of the donkey / process work done by deal teams and their advisors.
Our AI-first product is being used by several of the top 10 global PE and consulting firms, saving an average of 10hrs per diligence per week. Our product works by ingesting raw audio and constructing a unique knowledge base & graph that supercharges deal teams by significantly reducing admin overhead and surface richer insights. If you're ready to make your mark at a category-creating startup and grow with a fast-paced, mission-driven team committed to innovation, join us on our journey to become the first and last Copilot for private M&A markets.Role DescriptionDesign is the most challenging and interesting part of our business - this is a B2B product w/ B2C clarity and beauty in the design.As our first design hire, you'll have the unique opportunity to:Work on groundbreaking projects involving AI, LLMs, and more (see examples below)Collaborate closely with our external partners to fuel our growthContribute to product decisions, direction and prioritizationShape our company cultureSample set of projects (completed & in the pipeline)
First of a kind human-in-the-loop UI design elements to guide LLMsAI-driven, auto-filled, hypothesis tracker for investment researchBest in class market research and web scraping toolRealtime collaboration toolsAbout You
We're looking for product-minded designer who:Has exceptional sense of taste and judgmentBased in NYC - huge bias for IRL workCan codeHave experience leading projects end-to-end and taking ideas from conception to execution independentlyAre opinionated about their work and eager to contribute to product decisionsHave strong communication skills and a desire for a client-facing role - as a small team, we expect that everyone will be working closely with our external partnersBenefits
All the usual benefits (competitive pay, healthcare, gym etc).Unusual benefits: Summers working in GreeceHigher than average equity (a perk of not raising external capital is to distribute more to employees)
Salary Range: $150,000-$190,000 base.
