The primary focus of the Field Marketing Manager is to consistently meet and exceed Reborn Cabinets and Dreamstyle Remodeling's appointment and demo goals for events, retail, and canvassing programs. Additionally, it involves tracking and measuring the results of face-to-face marketing programs for both Dreamstyle Remodeling and Reborn Cabinets. Another key responsibility is to hire, train, schedule, coach, and work with Brand Ambassadors in the field during events, canvassing, and retail locations as needed to optimize results and efficiencies for both companies.

Responsibilities:Review team's overall metrics to ensure Cost of Marketing is in alignment with company goals.Review individual brand ambassador metrics and perform with each Brand Ambassador and team to ensure optimal efficiencies.Provide training and coaching tools for all Brand Ambassadors to set qualified leads and appointments to meet and exceed campaign goals.Ensure the Field Marketing Teams personnel are meeting the company's high standards for product knowledge, ethics, and overall customer experience.Make and nurture key strategic field contacts, such as retail store managers and event producers, ensuring that the value proposition of working with Reborn is communicated.Manage events for all Field Marketing activity including:Booking of EventsContractsStaffingResultsLogistics between internal teams including setup and breakdown.In cooperation with the marketing team, develop programs and events that drive quality appointments.Manage overall team's staffing schedule.Processing direct reports and team's payroll using ADP.Adhering to timesheet processing methods and deadlinesSubmitting Team Payroll & Bonuses with supporting reports in a timely manner.Verifying that program-specific administrative requirements are adhered to, such as the retail partner systems are updated.Executing on PAF's (Payroll Action Forms) and CAF's (Corrective actions Forms) in a timely manner.Conduct and update one-on-ones with direct reports in ADP.Set qualified leads and appointments, meeting and exceed all personal event goals.

Provide an encouraging environment of never-ending improvement.Foster a culture of positive reinforcement at each event and retail location.Ensure that all event/retail staff is being motivated to hit their personal goals.Keep a positive competitive atmosphere between the team.Ensuring all lead setting policies and procedures are in place and being followed.Verify all lead sheets and giveaways are entered into CRM correctly and in a timely manner.Track daily team results.Provide analysis and summary of every event and campaign to the Marketing TeamDiscuss and schedule additional training meetings with staff as needed.Develop and provide exciting and new training material, incentives, and games.Have daily/weekly meetings with field team with topics including team performance, upcoming events, and weekly objectives.Assist in preparing weekly call and bi-weekly training material for event staff team across the different markets.Always maintain professionalism.Keep supply inventory on displays, banners, any event/retail material. If anything is defective must notify field marketing immediately with a description of damage and repair instructions.Develop and lead Canvassing door-to-door (D2d) program for awareness of products and services related to appointment scheduling.Oversee profitable showroom operations.In cooperation with the marketing team, develop programs that drive showroom traffic.Support showroom manager and team leads to recruit, train, and retain talent for each respective team.What We Offer
