The Marketing Manager of Dining Products will help to develop strategic marketing plans for all services that fall within the 365 Dining portfolio, including hardware and SaaS products. This individual will oversee the implementation and execution of the efforts associated with the marketing plan. The Marketing Manager of Dining will be supported by broader marketing resources and work closely with Sales Development Representatives to build demand generation. This role will engage in a wide range of marketing functions, including lead generation, marketing CRM (HubSpot) management, communications, website management, digital marketing, and social media. This individual must be an organized thinker able to handle many diverse projects at once, motivate marketing teammates and support day-to-day tasks with any direct reports. As part of the larger 365 Marketing team, the Marketing Manager must also communicate openly and proactively with the Director of Marketing and other team leads to ensure projects and resources are distributed appropriately.

Objectives of this Role

Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan in the dining industry and various marketing initiatives; assist in tactical execution as neededLead strategies to build demand generationOversee overall lead generation efforts for inbound and outbound strategiesPlan and execute lead nurturing activities for the customer journey from lead generation through closeSupport any direct reports (TBD), facilitate their growth, and motivate them to excelKnow, develop, deploy, and maintain Persona-based marketing effortsConduct competitor analysis to inform strategiesOversee and develop website content and work with team to create supporting collateralEngage in HubSpot database management, create workflows as agreed upon by marketing team, and deploy workflow cadences within HubSpot.Identify appropriate tradeshows and events and create plans to maximize any return on investment; manage associated benefitsOversee social media channels and deploy creative content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and related social media platformsDeliver clear direction to graphics team for support as neededSupport the maintenance and development of internal tools, including, but not limited to, HubSpot, Zerobounce, JustCall, SurveyMonkey, WordPress, etc.Develop content for supporting sales collateral and work with design team to createHelp with Market research, forecasting, analytics, and reportingDaily and Monthly Responsibilities

Create the marketing plan and strategy, lead the efforts to implement the planCommunicate openly and proactively with the Director of Marketing on progress, results, roadblocks and future planning initiativesMotivate marketing team members to produce efficiently and effectively while meeting established timelines by communicating needs in advance with clear guidance, and managing project timelinesOversee tradeshow identification and planning, and work with event support resources on executionOversee social media channels and work with internal resources on executionOversee communication strategies, messaging, and contentIdentify and communicate needed budget and expected spend for various initiatives. Proactively communicate any expected overages or unexpected expensesCommunicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the sales team, and provide supporting resources for salesAssume other duties as assigned by managementRequirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communicationsPast work experience as a marketing manager or similar roleKnowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketingExcellent writing, communication, and presentation skillsProficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPointFamiliarity with HubSpot content management system (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tool.Working knowledge of HTML and design and email softwareExperience working with budgets and forecastingPreference given to candidates able to work in-office/hybrid in Troy, MI or San Antonio, TX
