Purpose

The Senior Manager of Digital Retail Marketing Operations will manage and oversee many aspects of new digital retailing programs and initiatives, including CX/UX/UI strategies, creative development, vendor partner relationships and integrations, dealer support and communication, and other aspects of new program management. Also oversee performance and analytics and reporting.Major Responsibilities

Work with business stakeholders, partners, and in-house IT organization as well as other technology partners to build new digital retailing solutions to improve the customer experience and dealer experience, including sectional or functional redesigns.Manage new projects from inception to launch, ensuring marketing integration and timely implementation through disciplined project management.Partner with other Marketing groups, PR/CSR, Product Line Management, Distribution, Pricing, Incentives, and DBP to develop a cohesive digital customer journey experience.Stay in close contact and maintain relationships with additional other business units to know of key initiatives with potential impact on digital retailing.Manage Creative Agency of Record to provide creative strategy and execution of any required agency input to digital retailing.Major Responsibilities (continued)

Oversee model year changeover integrations as well as new model launch integrations. Coordinate with Pricing, PLM, Distribution, and product on MYU calendar.Ensure digital retailing platforms are leveraged fully to provide maximum sales and leads to dealers, and work with Lead Management team improve the lead quality and enrichment to increase sales close rates.Develop and effectively communicate project proposals to enhance the digital retailing process and experiencesEffectively coach, counsel, and develops staff.Utilize the diverse talents of the staff by efficiently managing staff's time, materials and budget while focusing on the goals and vision of the company.Authority

This position has common Sr. Manager-level authority as defined by HMA HR/Finance policy.Education

~ Must be a high school graduate~ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Applied Statistics/Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering preferred.~ Master's degree a plus

Related Experience

Eight years of experience of which at least five years of directly related experience in digital retailing strategy and operations in automotive industry with a detailed understanding of the digital retailing function.Management consulting experiences a definite plus.Supervisory experience is required.Enterprise-level customer-facing website management experience required.Skills/Knowledge

Ability to identify/quantify business opportunity as it applies to digital retailing technology.Strong understanding of digital retailing architectures and technologies.Ability to assess operational and strategic strengths and make recommendations to leverage or augment strengths and weaknesses.Capability to apply common development methodologies, financial analysis and project management techniques.Strong analytical skills and mastery of analytical tools (e.g., Excel, GA4, etc.).Diplomatic and collaborative attitude, able to motivate partners to meet and exceed business expectations.Ability to create and present executive facing presentations and other materials.Ability to manage by influence as well as authority.Ability to work on multiple projects and set priorities.Strong written and oral communication skills.Strong Project Management Skills with attention to detail; master at multi-tasking.Agency management experience preferred.Multiple vendor management experience preferred.Certification
