Company Summary

La Senza is seeking an ambitious, creative, and analytical Director of eCommerce to manage E-Commerce growth activities through an accelerated growth phase for the brand. This role requires a business leader with a can-do, test-and-learn, entrepreneurial and innovative mindset. The candidate will direct day-to-day operations on-site with responsibility and accountability for topline sales, operating metrics, KPI's, site budget management. This candidate will support the La Senza eCommerce digital experience, identifying the most promising areas for growth, optimizing and testing, to ensure traffic directed onsite is being optimized efficiently for conversion. Leadership of site calendar and promo strategy, onsite merchandising strategy to maximize product optimization, new customer acquisition, site experience and drive engagement. This role leads a small team across site merchandising, and digital marketing functions; but also partners closely cross-functionally with Marketing, IT, Planning, Finance and Merchandising.

Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving La Senza's digital growth and customer engagement. You will oversee all aspects of the company's digital marketing efforts, including email, SMS, content, social, paid search, paid social, and affiliate marketing.

Responsibilities:• Email and SMS Marketing:• Manage the end-to-end email and SMS production process (campaign scheduling, segmentation, creative development, asset production, vendor management, and analysis).• Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue through full-funnel marketing tactics.• Analyze customer data and leverage insights to optimize campaigns and drive revenue.• Content and Creative:• Collaborate with Creative Services and Merchandising teams to create email campaign that support business initiatives.• Oversee asset management for digital marketing channels, including creative images, videos, copy, and UGC.• Performance Analysis:• Assist in weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reporting for digital marketing channels.• Analyze performance and create recommendations to optimize channel performance.• Set KPIs and track benchmarking goals cross-channel.• Customer Segmentation and Personalization:• Drive innovation and leads through customer segmentation and personalization strategies.• Create and manage ongoing testing strategies for all digital marketing channels.• Design and optimize email marketing journeys for timely and relevant dynamic communications.• Competitive Analysis:• Conduct ongoing competitor analysis and research new opportunities.

Requirements:• 5 years of experience in digital marketing, primarily email/SMS marketing.• Experience in developing segmentation strategies and customer touchpoint plans.• Knowledge of email marketing best practices (targeted segmentation, effective creative/calls-to-action, testing, customer lifecycle messaging, triggered messaging).• Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.• Strategic thinking, creative passion, and hands-on approach.• Strong communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and email/SMS service provider platforms.• Experience with Shopify and Klaviyo is a plus.
