Digital Marketing Coordinator - La Crosse, WI:

The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing, maintaining, and improving the content development and digital communications, which includes but is not limited to email, SMS/MMS(text), and mobile app messaging channels. This position works closely with the Marketing Team and other internal departments to strategize, coordinate, and promote both Kwik Rewards and Kwik Trip marketing campaigns through customer-facing digital communications.

Primary job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Manage, create, edit, and coordinate Kwik Trip's customer-facing digital communications for various channels, including email, SMS/MMS(text), and mobile app, to support Kwik Trip and Kwik Rewards campaigns/promotions.Maintain and report on subscriber counts for multiple messaging programs.Work closely with Digital Team, Loyalty Team, Marketing Department, and other internal departments to ensure all promotional efforts are aligned.Work primarily in Salesforce Marketing Cloud area such as Content Builder, Email Studio and Journey Builder to execute automated marketing campaigns.Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field of study.Minimum 1 - 3 years' experience in marketing automation technology platform where it is necessary to drive content development and create customer-facing digital communications.Certifications for Salesforce and Google Analytics are strongly preferred.Graphic Design experience is preferred.Previous experience working with a content calendar is preferred but not required.Experience with project management systems (Asana preferred).Successful candidates should demonstrate:

Knowledge and understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar tools.Knowledge of email, SMS/MMS(text) & mobile app messaging best practices, techniques, and laws, such as the CAN-SPAM Act.Knowledge of basic segmentation and targeting practices to optimize campaign success.Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.).Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products.Knowledge of online reporting tools such as Google Analytics.Detail orientated with excellent grammar/proof reading skills.Excellent organization and time management skills.Excellent communication skills.Excellent writing ability.Ability to define opportunities and problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and make valid conclusions.Ability to work well alone as well as with a team.Ability to problem solve and strategize solutions with or without a team.

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday, daytime hours.
