Position Objective:

The Digital and Grassroots Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in our organization by orchestrating holistic

marketing efforts that seamlessly blend online and offline strategies. In this role, you will craft and execute innovative

marketing campaig ns, driving engagement with our patrons, donors, and community members. Your primary

responsibility is to develop, manage, and optimize campaigns across multiple channels to meet predefined KPIs and

objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Key duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Digital Marketing Responsibilities

? Develop and execute digital content strategies aligned with organizational goals.

? Develop compelling digital content across diverse platforms, which may encompass videography and the

creation/editing of videos. Manage website optimization for SEO and user experience.

? Strategize and implement email marketing campaigns, including providing assistance and support for

Development eBlasts upon request.

? Oversee social media marketing efforts and community management.

? Execute paid advertising campaigns, monitor budgets, and optimize ad creatives.

? Set, monitor, and report on KPIs and campaign objectives.

? Utilize analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.

? Continuously test and optimize campaign elements.

? Collaborate with other departments to maintain brand consistency.

Grassroots Marketing Responsibilities

? Plan and execute grassroots marketing initiatives.

? Attend events for live content creation and engagement.

? Generate event-related content to showcase activities.

? Develop grassroots marketing campaigns.

? Coordinate grassroots efforts for diverse audiences.

? Collaborate with local community organizations and partners.

? Identify sponsorship and collaboration opportunities.

? Measure and report on grassroots marketing effectiveness.

? Cultivate relationships within the local community.

? Adapt grassroots strategies to support organizational goals.

? Oversee and execute the grassroots distribution of posters and flyers within the local campus community and

nearby establishments.

Other duties as may be deemed necessary by the direct supervisor.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The

requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

? The candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish to

effectively create and manage content that caters to diverse language-speaking audiences.

? Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook,

Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms. Familiarity with platform-specific best practices,

algorithms, and trends is essential.

? Experience in SEM using Google Adwords and other paid search platforms

? Proven experience in planning, executing, and managing successful social media campaigns that align with

strategic goals and objectives. The candidate should have a track record of creating engaging content,

optimizing ad campaigns, and achieving measurable results.

? Demonstrated success in growing followers and engagement on social media platforms.

? Strong analytical and excel skills with the ability to quickly isolate data and insights

? Ability to produce concise and clear guidance or summaries based on insights

? Strong time management, planning, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables

? Self-directed and motivated, with the ability to efficiently operate independently

? Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues inside and outside the organization

Education and Experience:

? BA/BS in marketing, business or technical field or equivalent professional experience preferred

? 2+ years of experience in customer driven digital marketing and advertising
