We are currently seeking a

Digital Marketing Specialist.

You will be responsible for coordinating, supporting and executing digital marketing campaign tactics through various online marketing channels to assist the marketing team in reaching credit union goals. You will administer both credit union and Nusenda Foundation websites, intranet, and systems to support digital communication efforts of the credit union. You'll monitor and analyze digital metrics, make recommendations regarding channel utilization, search engine optimization (SEO), and new technology as it arises. You will also work on the planning, execution, maintenance and optimization of Paid Per Click (PPC) advertising and its alignment to SEO in support of growing awareness of the credit union’s products and services

Requirements:

Five to eight years of similar or related experience.Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.Key Experience and Abilities Include:

Previous experience managing Internet/intranet channels is essential.Strong communication skills, job knowledge, problem-solving & judgment, professionalism & development, service focus, and teamwork.Problem Solving: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.Competency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Adobe Creative Cloud, SEO, SEM, Local SEO, and CRM management.Skilled in A/B and multivariate testing, performance analytics, and best practices for digital marketing.Ability to adapt quickly to change and proactively communicate.Knowledge of Microsoft Office and internal systems affiliated with the department.Understanding of Internet and Intranet Management: Knowledgeable in managing online platforms and internal networks
