About this position
The Associate Director, Creative is responsible for leading the creative ideation/concept/design of marketing campaigns that support the overall brand strategy and business goals as well as oversee the execution teams including email design, and all in-house agency design for campaign deliverables. This role involves leading the agency team to develop on-brand, innovative ideas that appeal to our Ambassador and Customers.
This role will work within and will support the in-house agency's goals ensuring campaigns are executed in a way that is expected to help bring the One Plexus core value and the Plexus brand to life for Brand Ambassadors, VIP customers, unaware consumers, and employees.

You manage the execution of marketing and sales collateral, and various social media that are consistent with our company goals, brand standards and guidelines, and meet stakeholder's expectations.You support Plexus' international markets by providing market specific versions of creative in addition to developing and executing global packaging designs.You ensure each project meets specific financial and personnel resources required to be successful and within budget parameters.You collaborate within the creative agency to provide Brand Ambassadors and VIP Customers with an emotional connection to Plexus through the execution of compelling print, digital marketing materials, and videos.You partner with VP of Marketing to strategically drive brand awareness and deliver strong engagement through creative deliverables.You lead the creative campaign development of global product launches and sales promotions/incentives based on objectives and parameters outlined in creative briefs.You partner with agency members to produce campaign pitch decks and guideline decks by working in a hands-on, highly collaborative manner.You ensure brand standards are obtained across all platforms for a consistent brand experience.You oversee the art direction of photoshoots and partner with photographers to ensure content is on-brand, diverse and within agreed budgets.You engage cross-departmentally with communications, sales, events, digital and product marketing teams throughout the creative process to ensure teams maintain alignment.You understand and respond to performance marketing data.You should have
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field7 years' experience in a progressive creative marketing role with demonstratable results3 years' management experience directly leading teams.Proven understanding and experience with art directing/producing photoshootsAdvanced knowledge of print production and proven experience attending press checksExperience working within a project management system such as BaseCamp or WorkfrontAbout Plexus
