Responsibilities:

Design and develop financial company's complex product design and visuals, focusing on functional and appealing design. Duties may include: Work across the entire design stack, including identifying project specifications. Designing workflows, detailed interactions, and high-fidelity visuals. Work across teams to prioritize new products and product features based on user needs and business goals. Find solutions to complex user problems, and think critically from the user perspective. Work directly with two to four engineers, the business team, a product designer, and a visual designer. Contribute to high-level and strategic decisions with other teams and executives. Simplify and cull design elements with paramount attention to detail. Prototype multiple visual and UX (User Experience) concepts and then narrow them to the right solution. Design whole systems, not just interface elements or static pages. Share helpful and thoughtful feedback with other product designers and teams. Analyze the success of product design solutions. May telecommute. Salary range for this position is $212,000 -$275,000

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in User Experience Design, Product Design, Linguistics & Computer Science, Computer Science or a related field, and Four years of work experience as a Product Designer or a related occupation.
