The

Marketing Project Manager

will report to the AVP, Marketing Portfolio Oversight and will be responsible for leading small-and-large scale marketing projects.

Key accountabilities:

Initiating, planning, and executing small to large scale marketing projectsWork with collaborators to define and manage the scope, strategy, requirements and implementation of projectsSetting project goals and objectivesCoordinating with the creative, digital, and sales teams to develop and implement marketing strategiesManaging project budgets and timelinesTracking project performance using appropriate metrics, tools, and techniquesEnsuring all project stakeholders are kept informed about project progress, deadlines, and potential issuesOrganizing and managing resources, including the allocation of staff, equipment, and budgets, for specific projectsReporting on project outcomes and making recommendations for future projectsDevelop cost-benefit analyses for project initiatives.Identify, analyze, mitigate, document, and control project risks.Provide effective and regular communication within the project team, stakeholders, sponsors and managementManage team expectations and relationships.Identify resource needs for the project and establish roles, expectations, and goals with team members.Conduct After-Action-Reviews.Job Requirements:

5-7 years of progressive business analysis and/or project management experience supporting large size and critical projectsSuperior understanding of business, operational, and sales processesExpertise in evaluating feasibility or practicality of ideas and options, assess risks and trade-offs and, make informed and timely decisionsExcellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with proven ability to engage stakeholders across multiple levels of the organizationConfirmed digital acumen and experience in prioritizing and handling multiple initiatives simultaneouslyAbility to facilitate and enable clear, succinct communication between cross-functional partnersStrong relationship-building skills to build effective working relationships with business leadersAbility to identify and drive opportunities for continuous improvement across the programAbility to coordinate the objectives and work efforts of stakeholders in matrixed environmentStrong understanding and experience with business analysis and/or project management methodologiesThinks analytically to break down moderately complex issues into smaller, manageable partsWith support, can discern the most critical pieces of larger analysisClearly communicate results of work of moderate complexity to business partners and clearly articulate solutions to senior team members.Curious and asks the right kinds of questions of peers and customers to gain knowledgeSelf-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detailFlexibility to lead multiple and challenging prioritiesCompetencies:

Salary & Benefits

The annual base salary for this role is listed below.

Primary LocationBoston, Massachusetts

Salary range is expected to be between$86,325.00 USD - $155,385.00 USD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
