We're hiring an ambitious Product Marketing Manager to help drive the success of our SaaS products. You'll be at the forefront of shaping and executing the go-to-market strategy and positioning for our market-leading HR technology software solutions. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for understanding client needs and the marketplace to develop and effectively communicate our product positioning to drive revenue growth and product adoption. In this role, you will:

Dive deep to understand client need and how our solutions solves real problems in meaningful waysResearch, understand and analyze market dynamics and competitors, identifying opportunities, trends, and challenges to inform and refine GTM messaging, positioning, and product roadmapWork cross-functionally between Product, Sales and demand generation teams to educate internal and external audiences on the value of new featuresHelp create and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and updates, including product workshops, training and GTM sessions for client-facing teams and channel partnersDevelop high-impact marketing collateral and educational resources for internal and external use, including but not limited to: sales demo decks, product videos, webinar content, press releases, product updates, website messaging and release notesImmerse yourself in our company's brand voice and show continuity in all Paradox communicationsDefine key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct analyses on the effectiveness of product marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvementRequired Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of previous Product Marketing experience in a SaaS (software as a service) environmentExperience demonstrating product value and functionality to internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadersProven success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for products or related experience in crafting messaging and marketing plans and managing cross-functional initiativesExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience translating technical product features into value and benefits for a non-technical audience, both internal and client-facingStrong project management skills and a proven ability to work across functional areas to implement strategies, including with Product, Engineering, Client Success, and Sales teamsExcellent analytical skills, with the ability to understand, measure and deliver how product and marketing KPIs impact business success and growthAbility to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment and handle multiple prioritiesAn inherent curiosity and resourcefulness to learn from clients and usersBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or other relevant field, or equivalent years of professional experienceAbility to work from our Scottsdale, AZ headquarters officeAbility to travel periodically for marketing events and client/partner meetingsAuthorization to work in the United StatesPreferred Qualifications:
