Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for the planning, execution, and management of marketing events and promotional activities for the organization. This role requires a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual who can successfully collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth through events and campaigns.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Create and coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and promotional merchandise for events

Under the direction of the Marketing Manager, develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and drive attendance

Utilize digital marketing channels, email marketing, social media, and press releases to raise awareness and generate interest

Collect and analyze event data, feedback, and performance metrics to evaluate the success of marketing events

Prepare post-event reports with insights and recommendations for future improvements

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, design, and content, to ensure seamless event execution and alignment with overall marketing strategies

Manage on-site event operations, including setup, registration, attendee engagement, and post-event teardown

Manage relationships with event vendors, sponsors, and partners, ensuring deliverables are met and expectations are exceeded

Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and provide recommendations for future events

Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event planning processes

Perform other related job duties as assigned

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Experience working on marketing campaigns and knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms

High level understanding of a B2B business

Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines

Proficiency in using event management software and marketing tools

Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills

Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a customer-service mindset

Ability to lift up to 30lbs

Ability to travel extensively and work on weekends during events

EDUCATION AND EXPEREINCE

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field required

2-3 years’ experience working in graphic design, sales, marketing, and communications

Basic knowledge of photography and media production

Experience in event planning or event coordination in a corporate environment with a proven track record of creative and successful events is a plus

Budget management experience is a plus
