Job Summary

The Director, Enterprise UX is responsible for guiding and delivering the best user experience across all internal systems. This individual is responsible for leading the Company's Enterprise UX practice helping to define and guide new ways of working to build best in class user experiences to AEG employees.

Essential Functions

Partner with internal teams through product lifecycle (i.e., product ideation, wireframes, launch, maintenance, updates) in shaping overall strategy, roadmap, and requirements that prioritize usability and meet business objectives.

Conduct internal research leading to the creation of processes and documentation for defining and implementing user experiences that ultimately make our internal tools easier to use and able to deliver the desired data and information in an easily digestible way. Validate and iterate on UX deliverables through feedback sessions and usability testing. Constantly iterate and innovate to improve user experience.

Maintain an awareness of UX principles and trends and serve as the lead internal voice on UX as it relates to enterprise.

Present overall vision and roadmap to key stakeholders.

Serve as UX leader and lead a team of UX and UI designers.

Required Qualifications

BA/BS Degree (4-year) In a related field

6-8 years Experience in user experience design for digital products

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written/visual; able to conceptualize ideas via sketching, workshops, wireframes, presentations etc. and deliver information to varied audiences

Strong collaborator that demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills

Highly proficient in systems-level design thinking with strong instincts and intuition informed by user needs/insights

Extensive experience in UX design best practices as it relates to internal systems, websites and mobile apps.

Dedication to best-in-class user experience with keen attention to detail.

Ability to apply design principles across web and mobile apps.

Ability to understand a variety of user needs with an eye on designing for those specific needs.

Excellent project management skills.

Pay Scale:

150,000-158,373
