The ideal candidate is able to work in a fast-paced and data-driven environment managing multiple projects and deadlines. The candidate is also able to prioritize their own workload to meet changing priorities.
What you'll bring
5+ years of experience in Content Management, Web Marketing and/or Marketing Operations with browser-based application testing and debugging
Front-end coding experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript. React experience is a plus
Knowledge of web best practices for user experience and accessibility
Content Management System experience (Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, etc.)
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Figma
Operates independently and efficiently to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and successfully, without sacrificing attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal skills, time management, decision-making, presentation, organizational and problem-solving skills
How you will lead
Ideally, a background in Digital/Web Marketing with demonstrated success in delivering optimized customer experiences.
Able to develop web strategies and apply best practices for online conversion
Knowledge of visual design and UX principles and methods and how those apply across a multi-product web experience
Ability to design and deliver customer experiences that work within existing web frameworks and components
Experience authoring new web landing pages or modifying existing pages within a React based content management system
Operate independently and efficiently to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and successfully, without sacrificing attention to detail
Work with a matrixed team to drive web projects from design though build
Manage multiple projects and deadlines
Schedule necessary meetings and communicate project status to key stakeholders
