Chartwell’s Higher Education is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager! This dynamic account represents a successful partnership to elevate the student's dining experience within our innovative foodservice programs and catering. Our Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for crafting and implementing customized marketing plans/solutions for our dining programs on campus and in the local community. They will focus on strategies for revenue growth, maintaining guest satisfaction, and promoting the campus dining brand through engaging events and tactics to build an outstanding student experience.

Key Responsibilities

Guides locations on campus in the execution of marketing promotions, voluntary meal plan campaigns, catering, and retail sales drivers

Ensures all dining programs on campus adhere to Chartwell's residential, retail, and catering brand standards including brand identity, visual merchandising, and guest experience platforms

Directs all communications and public relations efforts for campus dining programs with daily management of guest feedback, press releases, client and campus presentations, and website/social media maintenance

Leads social and digital media efforts with engaging storytelling

Develops and implements marketing plans and analyzes the efficiency of these plans to the target market

Monitors, reviews, and reports on all marketing activities and results

Nurtures positive relationships with key campus connections and students in order to align our program with University initiatives and drive satisfaction

Partners with the campus community to improve campus collaboration and to support awareness of dining programs including sustainability efforts, programming for nutritional and dietary awareness, residential dining experience, and community needs

Develops marketing collateral and communications pieces including brochures, newsletters, programming announcements, promotional guides, etc.

Supports new business and retention efforts

Qualifications

Minimum of five years marketing experience with knowledge of foodservice preferred

Ability to present to large groups

Knowledge of merchandising and promotions

Excellent writing and presentation skills
