Interaction Design Associate Manager (Accenture LLP; San Francisco, CA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Interaction Design Associate Manager in San Francisco, CA, and the job duties are as follows:

Design, build, or maintain Web sites, using authoring or scripting languages, content creation tools, management tools, and digital media.

Conduct user research to determine design requirements and analyze user feedback to improve design quality.

Research and apply innovative solutions for product design, visuals, and user experience to meet the needs of individual Web development projects.

Participate in interaction design and service design activities, including planning, designing, facilitating, and synthesizing client workshops, user interviews, and creative brainstorms.

Work with web development professionals to meet deliverable requirements, service level measures, and specific targets.

Act as an ambassador by planning and attending studio and community events, workshops, and conferences.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Management, Information Management and Systems, Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in design services. Alternatively, the employer will accept a master’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Management, Information Management and Systems, Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field, plus 2 years of experience in design services.

Must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:

Interaction Design and Service Design across varied users, business problems, and devices, including mobile, web, tablet, digital signage, or virtual reality hardware;

Creating experience maps, user journeys, service blueprints, interaction models, flows, and wireframes;

Utilizing rapid prototyping methods, including paper sketching and digital prototypes;

Requirements gathering and communication between design teams, workstreams, and clients;

Driving and applying user-centered design processes; and

Analyzing and recommending changes to information architecture to achieve experience design outcomes.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
