Paid Media Manager

to join our Digital Marketing team, reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing. This role will be responsible for the development and management of performance marketing programs across various paid media channels, using data to unlock insights and new strategies to achieve measurable business results. You will be responsible for developing and executing paid media campaigns that drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Creation and delivery of effective media plan details for paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and other social channels to support core business KPIs, drive awareness, traffic, and revenue.Build, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns, including bid management, ad copy testing, landing page optimization, and budget allocation.Responsible for managing and optimizing the company's Affiliate marketing program and establishing and maintaining partnerships with affiliate partners (with agency support).Identify testing opportunities, developing test structures and measurement frameworks, seeing through tests from ideation to completion.Partner closely with Marketing & Customer Analytics team on strategic use of first-party data.Brief agency, brand, and creative teams on channel content needs and drive the development of rich content and storytelling across digital touchpoints. Coordinate assets between creative agencies.Assist with organizing and maintaining marketing calendars.Brainstorming and researching new first to market ideas including new betas and opportunities with our partners.Track KPIs and provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly analysis, campaign insights, and recommendations for immediate and future action.Analyze and report on campaign findings and test results, identify trends, and recommend a course of action.Qualifications:Minimum 3-5 years of digital marketing experience in paid social buying at an agency or brand.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.Proven track record of managing successful campaigns and driving measurable results.Strong proficiency in Meta, TikTok and other relevant tools and platforms.Solid understanding of social engine algorithms, bidding strategies, and ad copywriting best practices.Demonstrate both quantitative analytical skills as well as creative problem-solving.Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and methodologies.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze performance metrics, and generate actionable insights to optimize campaigns.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex ideas and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and prioritization skills to enable management of multiple work-streams simultaneously.Collaborative team player with a passion for driving growth and innovation in digital marketing.Self-motivator and manager, excellent time management skills, and acute attention to detail.Proficiency with Google Analytics.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the likely salary opportunity for a new hire in this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
