We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Channel Engagement Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the success of our customer visits across our Columbia, SC, Rushville, IN, and Fort Smith, AR locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for pre-event coordination, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up. Additionally, this role will provide support for customer and sales training presentation development, sales communications, and other product launch activities for products within the Airside Portfolio. These products include:

· Performance Climate Changer® air handlers

· Terminal Devices (UniTrane® fan coil, unit ventilators, blower coil air handlers, and unit heaters)

· VariTrane™ variable-air-volume units

In this role, you have the exciting opportunity to regularly interface with field sales team members to coordinate a best-in-class customer visit experience and provide them with tools and resources to support their sales process for Airside products. This exciting, collaborative role will be working in Columbia, SC or Fort Smith, AR at least three days a week.

What will you be doing?

· Factory Visit Coordination:

o Collaborate with sales and product support teams to plan and organize customer factory visits to our manufacturing facilities in Columbia, Rushville, and Fort Smith.

o Manage all pre- and post-visit communication, including event pre-calls, agenda distribution, and post-event follow-ups

o Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams during events and factory visits to ensure smooth execution through management of all on-site logistics

· Sales and Product Presentation Development:

o Collaborate with Commercialization Leader, Marketing, and Product Management to create compelling and informative presentations for customer visits, sales trainings, and other customer or sales facing presentations

o Ensure all presentations are aligned with brand guidelines and sales objectives

· Sales Communication Support:

o Develop and distribute regular sales communications

· Maintain a repository of sales materials and ensure they are up-to-date and accessible

· Product Commercialization:

o Support commercialization efforts for new or modified product launches by developing new sales tools and resources

· Learn about our product management strategies and operational frameworks establishing a strong foundation for career growth into diverse areas including product management and marketing

What do you bring to the role?

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

· At least one year of experience within marketing, communications, sales administration, event coordination, or a related role (includes internship experience)

· Tactful and assertive leadership skills to effectively interact with the field (account managers, sales assistants, customers)

· Strong organizational and project management skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Ability to travel up to 10%

· Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)

Knowledge of HVAC, or similar products, is beneficial but not required.

Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $55,000 - $75,000

Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
