Sales & Marketing Specialist

with the ability to understand the needs of our clients and to further accelerate our growth.

We are seeking someone innovative with exceptional written and oral communication skills.

Our goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting outreach and fostering strong relationships with current and potential clients.

The individual must possess a combination of sales and marketing experience as well as intellectual curiosity, enthusiasm and passion.The Sales & Marketing Specialist will play an integral role in Legacy's growth through the execution of digital marketing, content creation, brand awareness, as well as lead and demand generation.

This role is highly collaborative and will require working with different departments.Essential FunctionsDevelop and increase sales revenue.Prospect for new clients using various industry tools.Market research to maximize opportunities in selling Legacy brand services.Maintain customer contacts and activities in Legacy Customer Relationship Management software.Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within their organization.Work with upper management to prepare bids and proposals.Work with account managers and technical staff to facilitate presentations.Research and register Legacy for any special business designations.Oversee social media efforts by managing, planning, creating, scheduling, organizing, editing and publishing social media content for company pages including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.Assist in writing content for presentations, emails, publications, landing pages, website and other digital materials for B2B Marketing purposes.Deliver a consistent brand voice across channels including social, publication, web and email.Design promotional products and working with companies to make sure products are available for distribution.Represent Legacy in a professional manner at industry events.Establish and maintain on-going client relationships with the various parties to anticipate and resolve potential issues.Stay informed of new projects available from current and potential clients.Check on competitive activity and develop new methods of attaining clients.Research and register as a new vendor with potential clients.Help to develop, deploy, and maintain marketing print materials and digital marketing collateral.Assisting in the creation, editing, and management of corporate communications and presentations.Aid in the creation of internal documents.Aid in the creation of employee-level branding elements.CompetenciesExcellent verbal and visual communication skills.Strong understanding of digital and social media marketing principles for SEO, promoting and selling services, online engagement, and acquisition.Willingness to accept constructive criticism on all Legacy branded designs, materials, presentations, etc…Proficiency in social media management tools, email marketing software and website content management systems.Team player with a positive attitude, as well as a self-starter with the ability to work on strict deadlines.Excellent time and task management skills.Ability to work a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, with some overtime and travel as needed.Knowledge of the Oil & Gas, Electric Utility, Power Generation Industries preferred.W

ork EnvironmentThis position operates in an office environment or can be remote, and travel to the corporate offices in Lubbock and Plainview, Texas will be required as needed.

Attending conferences in and out of the State could also be required.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.Physical DemandsEmployees are occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.Required Education and Experience1-3 years sales and marketing experience preferred.Strong motivation for sales and proof of previous success.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Canva, WIX and Adobe Pro.Previous experience with CRM database software.Some experience in graphic design and photography preferred.
