Otter Products is hiring a Marketing Traffic Coordinator to join our amazing Marketing team!As the Marketing Traffic Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating resources, conducting meetings, and providing overall project alignment to assist with managing the flow of projects and tasks within the marketing department. Your role will ensure that all marketing campaigns and projects are completed within schedule and scope and with high quality.To be successful in this role, you will be detail-oriented with a strong focus on organization, accuracy, and quality, have excellent communication skills, and understand project management principles.About Otter Products

Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage workflows of marketing projects to ensure timely and efficient flow of information and materials while ensuring all targets and requirements are met and completed on schedule and within budget.
Responsible for ongoing communication with stakeholders and team members across the organization (creative, digital, etc.), and serving as the point of contact for all project participants to ensure seamless communication and project execution.Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure they meet the required standards and deadlines. Track and report on project process through gathering data.In collaboration with key stakeholders, work to meet business and marketing objectives and targets.Identify and assess any issues or risks that may arise, and work with Project Managers to remove roadblocks.Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.Support and maintain a positive safety culture by following all safety policies and procedures and actively contributing to a safe working environment.Other duties as assignedQualifications
High School Diploma or the equivalent (i.e., GED) is required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.Minimum of two years of project management or marketing experience is required.Strong organization and time management skills.Familiarity with project management/planning software is a plus.EEO

For US Based Roles Only - Base Compensation Range Maximum
USD $30.00/Hr.
