The Digital Marketing Senior Manager, is responsible for maintaining a brand's online presence and sales by working on various marketing campaigns that includes paid media, crm and ecommerce. This position will lead the internal teams for Motorola in North America to continue growing the brand and market share.Responsibilities:Lead in house paid media team to plan, strategize and execute digital media campaigns across, paid search, paid social and programmatic display and video.Lead the Customer Relationship Marketing including managing customer database and deploying push and email communications.Overseeing user experience and design for the motorola website in US and Canada as well as sales-driving initiatives for eCommerce including promos, customer reviews and affiliate programming.Designing and building the strategy for New Product Launches in paid media, ecommerce and CRM.Work with the analytics team to understand measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assessing goals through optimization and actions.Identifying trends and insights, and optimizing spend and performance based on these insights.Budget management for the areas of ecommerce, paid media and CRM.Collaborating with internal teams to deliver brand growth and sales at ecommerce sites.Work with the ecommerce sales team to drive the proper marketing support to deliver the goals of the year.Evaluating emerging technologies and providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.Support carriers and retail on different media opportunities to provide evaluation and recommendations on co marketing campaigns.Develop the digital marketing plan for each year aligned to the overall marketing strategy and business. This role requires enhancing brand awareness, driving traffic to the company's website, and generating sales leads. The ideal candidate will have experience in art direction and social media. The role involves working closely with marketing leadership to secure budget, employ these strategies, and analyze and report on results.Basic Qualifications:A BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.8+ years' experience.People manager experience is required.Preferred Qualifications:

Background in digital marketing including eCommerce, CRM and Paid MediaStrong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies.Ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.Proficiency in SEO, Web, Mobile, Video, Google Analytics, Mobile and social analytics systems, Website analytics tools, Paid Social Digital Marketing.Ideally, the candidate has 5 years of digital marketing experience.Familiarity with Google Ads.Familiarity with DV360.Familiarity with salesforce.Familiarity with social platforms.
