POSITION SUMMARYThe Communications Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that enhance the relationship between RealTruck Inc. and its wholesale and dealer partners. This role will ensure that all partners are well-informed, engaged, and equipped with the necessary information to drive sales and support the company's growth objectives.CORE FUNCTIONSCreate and execute a comprehensive communication plan targeting B2B partners.Develop engaging content (copy and graphics) for daily and weekly bulletins, newsletters, webinars, email campaigns, social media, and the B2B portal.Oversee the operation of the B2B communication portal, email campaigns, social media channels, and mobile app.Plan and execute quarterly webinars and bi-annual dealer summits.Track the effectiveness of communication efforts and report on key metrics.Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product development, marketing) to gather information and align communication strategies.Implement and manage feedback mechanisms to gather partner insights and improve communication efforts.Organize and promote training opportunities for partners to enhance product knowledge and sales capabilities.Develop and execute crisis communication plans to manage and mitigate any negative impacts.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTSEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field required.5+ years of experience in B2B communications, marketing, or a related role required.Experience utilizing digital marketing tools required.

Skills, Abilities, and KnowledgeUnderstanding of the digital environment and evolving tools and platforms used to improve online presence.Ability to translate trends into brand right business opportunities.Expertise in web analytics. Ability to accurately interpret and draw conclusions from data.Strong relationship builder both within the organization and with external partners.Ability to manage workflow, create and meet both personal and group/team deadlines.Working knowledge of competitors.Ability to anticipate future consequences accurately and create appropriate strategies.Understands and takes action to correct bad business and minimize losses.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in digital marketing tools, excellent project management abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

TravelOccasional travel may be required.

SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIESIndividual Contributor: working team member with no oversight of others and no management responsibilities.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThis position is subject to sedentary work; Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involved sitting most of the time. Walking and standing are required only occasionally.

Working ConditionsThis position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
