Who we are looking for:

Cornerstone Servicing is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator with 1-4 years of experience coordinating corporate events, social media content and other collateral. This role will focus on a variety of business-to-business marketing activities, while contributing significantly to business development and client relations initiatives.Location:

Onsite daily in Englewood, COCompensation:

$40-55k / yrTravel:

up to 30% travel required

Key Responsibilities:Coordinate all aspects of the company's participation in mortgage industry conferences and expositions; analyze return on investment based on leads generated, visibility, branding opportunities, cost, etc., to inform the company's marketing/business development strategy.Contribute to social media content development, promoting the company's participation in industry events on LinkedIn and other channels in the near future.Spearhead client engagement activities such as email campaigns, seasonal gifting, meetings, and small events.Maintain a stock of branded merchandise, regularly introducing creative new ideas and products that engage our target audiences.Assist in developing and updating PowerPoint presentations for current and prospective clients as well as other external audiences as needed.Provide marketing support to the company's operations and technology teams to help ensure a consistent brand and voice across marketing and communications initiatives.Support internal communications activities geared to keep team members engaged in the company's purpose, culture, and business goals.

What you'll need to be successful:

Bachelor's degree and/or 1-4 years of experience in marketing, business development, or a related field.Significant experience managing all aspects of corporate/B2B events, including expenses and budgeting.Professional experience developing corporate/B2B social media content, including writing and photography.Ability to travel 30% of the time.Experience managing branded merchandise.Excellent communicator who is quickly responsive, professional, and thoughtful.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet competing deadlines - working both independently and with a team.Self-starter who seeks accountability and strives for excellence.Curious, lifelong learner who actively seeks to deepen their knowledge and skills.Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint as well as other Microsoft Office applications.
