If you can organize your creativity, energy, and ideas; you are proactive and can plan every aspect of a marketing project from concept to post event follow up, and everything in-between, this position may be for you! Exciting opportunity to create, plan and execute all marketing aspects including branding, property marketing, client events, social media & more for a successful Realtor who runs a relationship focused concierge real estate business and specializes in high-level client touch & care models. We can't wait to meet you. Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Event Management Client Engagement

• Plan and execute client events • Create and deliver swag bags and pop-bys • Manage birthday "spinners" and monthly drawings • Order and manage client gifts (including closing gifts)

Content Creation Social Media Management

• Produce monthly newsletters and blog posts • Manage daily social media posts • Write marketing copy for listings • Create home marketing materials (flyers, brochures, online content) • Administrative Marketing Support • Maintain and update SOP manual and website • Manage drip email campaigns for past clients and Realtor referrals • Print client call lists weekly • Attend home photo appointments • Property Marketing Vendor Management • Prepare and install directional signs for open houses/home sales • Liaise with contractors and vendor partners

General Office Duties

• Work in office daily (8-4 or 9-5), with occasional after-hours for events • Collaborate with admin team on website and marketing updates • Assist with management and research

Continuous Improvement

• Stay current with real estate marketing trends and best practices
