As a Marketing Generalist, you will play a crucial role in developing internal and external communication strategies. Internally, you will create communication plans that align with company goals and leadership directives. Externally, you will collect project information and create detailed profiles that showcase our work. This includes writing and editing content for social media, the company website, and other digital platforms to enhance the company's online presence and engage our target audience effectively.

Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies that align with the company’s mission, vision, and values.

Manage and produce high-quality content for internal newsletters, emails, intranet, and other communication platforms.

Create and edit marketing content such as social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters to engage our audience effectively.

Assist in photo and video shoots to ensure content meets brand requirements and quality standards.

Develop and maintain visually appealing content for the company's website to enhance user experience and align with brand guidelines.

Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.

Maintain marketing databases, track expenses, and assist in administrative duties related to marketing operations.

Support budget management efforts by tracking expenses and providing necessary reports.

Gather comprehensive information on ongoing and completed projects through interviews, research, and collaboration with project managers. Create detailed and compelling profiles for each project, highlighting key achievements, outcomes, and benefits.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Communications or related field.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with video editing tools is preferred.

Strong understanding of marketing principles and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual content.

Detail-oriented with a passion for maintaining brand consistency and quality.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

This position is subject to the Federal Department of Transportation (DOT) drug & alcohol testing regulations as outlined in 49 CFR Part 382 and/or 49 CFR Part 199.
