Senior Designer

Our client, a full-service branding and marketing agency, is seeking a creative Senior Designer with expertise in visual and conceptual brand development.The ideal candidate will be responsible for the hands-on creation and refinement of brand identity elements, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand presence across all platforms while collaborating closely with marketing and product teams to align branding with business objectives.Responsibilities:Design and develop brand identity elements, including logos, typography, color schemes, and overall visual style.Create branding materials such as packaging, marketing collateral, and digital assets to support brand communication.Develop and implement guidelines to maintain brand consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align branding efforts with business goals and strategies.Oversee the execution of design work, ensuring high-quality output that reflects the brand’s vision and values.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform branding strategies and visual decisions.Lead creative brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas that enhance the brand's visual identity.Stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies to continuously evolve the brand's visual presence.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in brand development and design, with a strong portfolio showcasing brand identity projects.Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, with expert knowledge in creating visual assets for branding.Strong understanding of branding strategies and their application in visual design across multiple platforms.Excellent attention to detail, ensuring all design work is precise and consistent with brand guidelines.Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development.Passion for design and creativity, with the ability to translate abstract concepts into visually compelling designs.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate design concepts and ideas clearly.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.Location:
