About the Role:As a Senior Product Designer, you'll have the freedom to work remotely from anywhere in the United States, with a preference for candidates in the Eastern and Central time zones to align with our global team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of designing intuitive and impactful user experiences, collaborating with international teams to bring your designs to life.

What You'll Do:User Research & Insights: Dive deep into user needs and behavior through various research methods, including observation, surveys, interviews, and user testing, to uncover valuable insights that drive design decisions.Discovery & Roadmap Planning: Partner with Product Managers to conduct discovery research that informs the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.Design & Prototyping: Transform complex requirements into elegant UI designs, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that simplify the user experience for our diverse audience.Global & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our design teams in Finland and Sweden and stakeholders in the US, UK, and Finland to ensure cohesive and high-quality design execution.Implementation Support: Collaborate with developers across Europe, guiding the implementation process to maintain the highest design standards.Job Details
What We're Looking For:
Experience: A seasoned designer with 7+ years of end-to-end product design experience, with a strong focus on user research and interaction design.B2B Expertise: You've worked with data-heavy software and have a deep understanding of complex use cases.Innovative Thinking: You're not afraid to challenge assumptions and propose new solutions based on your insights and understanding of user needs.Collaborative Spirit: You have experience working directly with developers to bring designs to life and are comfortable presenting your ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.Global Perspective: Proven success in working with international teams and stakeholders, particularly across the US and Europe.Proactive Mindset: You thrive in a self-managed environment and contribute positively to a collaborative team culture.
You'll lead design efforts that impact a critical market, working closely with a US-based team and supported by a global organization. We prioritize your growth, offering ample opportunities to innovate, learn, and make a tangible difference for our customers and products.
