Business Marketing Manager, Service Contracts (Cambridge, MA)In this role, you shape the way Philips serves Customers in the North American healthcare market...as a Business Marketing Manager you will have the opportunity to drive business results through marketing campaigns and programs in support of our larger Service Marketing strategy. You will leverage a deep understanding of the needs of the customer and sales team to provide insight and guidance on developing new service offers within the context of the Service Portfolio.Your role:Cultivate a strong understanding of the portfolio, customers, channels, and competitors to execute on a customer-focused approach for programs and initiativesPartner with cross-functional teams to ensure service portfolio offers are effectively designed and ensure end-to-end support from value prop creation through launch (including ongoing tracking of success)Design and develop marketing and sales enablement programs for our service contracts business; continuously monitor and measure, seek out actionable insights, and take appropriate actions to improve outcomesSupport Marketing Plan developmentYou're the right fit if:Bachelor's Degree in marketing or business; MBA a plus5+ years of experience marketing technology, healthcare or medical technology products and solutions; additional experience in sales, sales enablement, or marketing operations preferredExperience working in a business with complex market/channel structuresExperience with performing business analysis to drive marketing programsTech-Savvy, strong understanding of and experience with Salesforce and sales enablement platforms such as SeismicDemonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic marketing and business plansStrong attention to detailYou must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.About PhilipsWe are a health technology company.
