Job Description

Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized architecture and engineering firm, has a full-time position available for a Federal Programs Marketing Coordinator.Responsibilities: leading the proposal development process, including go/no-go and proposal kickoff meetings, content creation, strategic input on project and team selection, layout and design, and close-out/archiving; preparation and guidance on interviews; developing marketing materials and content; award submissions; developing and managing the annual marketing plan schedule and budget for identified business unit(s); coordinating business development calls and providing appropriate reports; organizing and attending tradeshows and conferences.
